South Billings Urban Renewal Association (SBURA) is a volunteer Advisory Board to the City of Billings.  Incorporated as a Montana Non-Profit Corporation in 2019, SBURA will make its IRS Form 990 available for public inspection upon request in accordance with Internal Revenue Service laws and regulations.
